CES: Samsung eyes Smart TV as center of 'digital hub' as it takes on Apple

Looks like Samsung is trying to place the TV at the center of the 'digital hub', calling it 'Smart TV'. They are trying to take a commoditized product and differentiate it by adding Internet capabilities and then try to make it a sort of digital hub that can connect with Samsung's Galaxy tablet and music player. It will also be able to display Flash-based apps and access content from the cloud.

Nothing really innovative in my mind, and it seems it will be really easy for Vizio and other TV makers to easily copy these concepts.
