Fair competition in Web world with Net Neutrality

Here is my first entry on this blogpost .I wanted to shed some light on the recent FCC voting on Net Neutrality and how it can shape the future Mobile internet application and App industry.Below are couple of links which can give you some more background on Net neutality but the most important thing i wonder about is if Mobile service providers in conjunction with other big companies like Google , apple can control the access of applications on the mobile phone. So if i have an adroid phone with Verizon ,Google and Verizon can choose to have an app from someone who is willing to share more revenue with them comparing to somebody else who is not and they can block or slow their application .So in a way there will be no fair competition and it will be a monopoly in the market.Imagine if you want to use Google GPS or Map functionality on Apple iPhone over AT&T and you are being told by your phone to use an app from apple.
